본 연구는 간호대학생의부모의 양육태도가 애착, 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. K도의 2개 대학교에 재학하고 있는 597 대학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특 성, 양육태도와 애착, 대인관계 능력의 정도를 확인하고, 그 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 양육행동, 애 착, 대인관계간의 상관관계는 양육행동과 애착, 대인관계는 통계적으로 유의하지만 부적인 상관관계 가 있었으며, 애착은 대인관계와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 대상자의 대인관 계에 영향을 미치는 변수는 양육행동, 애착으로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 38.4%였다. 이에 따라 자녀 를 양육하기 위해 준비 중인 부모들에게 애착과 대인관계의 중요성에 대한 교육을 제공하며 동시에 미래 부모가 되는 간호대학생에게 부모역할을 바람직하게 수행할 수 있도록 부모교육을 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. 이와 더불어 간호 대학생의 대인관계 능력 향상을 위한 간호중재 개발의 기초자료 를 모색하여야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of parents' rearing attitude on attachment and interpersonal abilities of nursing college students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between general characteristics, parenting attitudes, attachment and interpersonal abilities of 597 college students attending two universities in K provin. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 23.0 program.. The results of this study showed that the relationship between parenting behavior, attachment, and interpersonal relationship was negatively correlated with parenting behavior, attachment, and interpersonal relationship, and attachment was found to have a significant positive correlation with interpersonal relationship. The variables affecting the interpersonal relationship of the subjects were parenting behavior and attachment, and the total explanatory power was 38.4%. This suggests that parents who are preparing to raise their children should be educated about the importance of attachment and interpersonal relationships and should provide parent education to nurse college students who are future parents. In addition, basic data for nursing intervention should be sought to improve interpersonal skills of nursing students
