본 연구는 보건계열을 전공하는 대학생의 음주실태와 음주문제 수준을 파악하고, 음주문제에 영향 을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 문제음주의 예방을 위한 중재적 방안을 마련해 보고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 U 광역시 소재 1개 대학의 보건계열울 전공하는 대학생 241명이었으며, 연구도구는 음 주실태와 음주문제 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료의 수집은 2017년 3월~4월까지 진행하였으며, 연구자 및 보조자가 설문지를 배포하고 회수하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 program을 이용하였고, 분석방법은 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients 및 Multiple regression을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 음주문제는 음주실태와 양의 상관관계 (r=.628, p<.001)가 있었으며 음주문제의 영향요인으로 음주실태(β=.608, p<.001), 주거형태(β=-.232, p=.004) 및 용돈 정도(β=-.214, p<.001)가 확인되었다. 이 변수들의 설명력은 49.4%이었다. 이러한 변 수들을 고려하여 보건계열 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 한 음주문제 예방프로그램의 개발과 활용이 요 구된다.
The purpose of this study was to identify related factors of drinking problems among healthcare related university students. The subjects of the study were 241 healthcare college students at 1 school in U metropolitan city. The data collection period was March to April in 2017, and self-reported questionnaires was used. Research instruments were alcohol use disorder identification Test(AUDIT), and drinking problems. SPSS 18.0 program was used for analysis, and the analysis methods were t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and Multiple regression. Drinking problems was positively correlated to the alcohol use(r=.628, p<.001). The influencing factors of drinking problems were alcohol use(β=.608, p<.001), residence of type(β=-.232, p=.004), and month income(β=-.214, p<.001). The power of explanation in the significant variables was 49.4%. It should be required to conduct survey for reflecting the characteristics of the subjects, in order to design prevention program of drinking problems. Furthermore, it suggested that significant variables should be considered when developing the health care related healthcare college student’s prevention program of drinking problems.
