연구의 목적은 현재 우리나라에서 계속적으로 증가 중인 공유 주택을 중심으로 커뮤니티 공간을 분석하여 앞으로 개발 되어질 공유 주택에 커뮤니티 공간에 대한 발전 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 지역적인 범위는 공유 주택이 가장 많이 형성되어 있는 서울시로 한정한다. 또한 논의하고 자 하는 커뮤니티의 공간적인 범위는 공유 주택 내부로 한정하여 주택 내의 구성원들 사이에서 형성 되는 커뮤니티에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라의 공유 주택은 신축보다는 기존의 리모델링을 통해 이루어지 며 기존의 커뮤니티 공간을 리모델링하면서 공유주택의 컨셉과 맞게 계획한다. 둘째, 각 커뮤니티 공 간은 모두 1층에 두어 자율성을 극대화하고 있다. 마지막으로, 커뮤니티 공간으로는 카페가 가장 많 으며 공부방으로 나타나고 있으며, 젊은 층의 이용도가 높은 프로그램을 배치된다. 최근 여성 전용 공용 주택이 많이 지고 있는 추세이다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to develop the community space in the share house through analyzing the characteristics of the in the share house. The regional scope of the study is limited in Seoul metropolitan area which is the city the share house is formed most in Korea. In addition, the spatial scope of the study is limited at the inside of the share house, so we focuse on the community formed among the members in the share house. The conclusion is as follows. First, In Korea, shared housing is constructed through remodeling existing buildings rather than constructing new ones, and is the community space of existing building is planned according to the concept of shared housing. Second, each community space is located on the first floor to maximize autonomy. Finally, the café is the most common in community space, and the study room is showing up recently. The program which is mainly used by the young is arranged as a study room. Lately, the number of share house for women only are increasing.
