임프란트를 식립하기 위해서 골이식은 반드시 필요 한 술식 중 하나가 되었다. 많은 골대제물로써 동종 골,이종골이나 인공골이 골 이식에 사용되고 있지만, 자가골 이식이 최상이라는 것은 여러 논문에서 증명 되었다. 자가골의 채취 부위는 구내와 구외로 나뉘어 지 고 ,구 내 공 여 부 로 는 ramus, symphysis, Mx.tuberosity 등이있고 구외 공여부로는 장골,경골, 늑골 및 두개골이 있다.
Introduction: This study was to evaluate the safety of zygomatic bone harvesting and to determine whether a particulated zygomatic bone graft can be used simultaneously with dental implants to reconstruct edentulous alveolar ridges. Study design: Particulated zygomatic bone was used to harvesting bone for implantation. The intraoperative complications, morbidity, and complications on follow-up visits were recorded. Results: as a harvest site , the zygomatic yielded enough bone to complete the reconstructions in each case. Main intraoperative complication was perforation of the maxillary sinus. But this perforation not led to postoperative problems. No paresthesias or other complications were noted during follow-up examinations. Conclusions: Zygomatic bone is an alternative donor site for bone harvesting with low morbidity. The bone graft yielded is sufficient for use in 2 or 3 implant site. The zygoma was a safe intraoral bone harvesting donor site. But when sinus bone graft, maxillary sinus perforation may occurs, so we must be careful in these cases. The use of simultaneous particulated zygomatic bone graft appears to be an effective procedure.
