Correct 3-dimensional implant positioning based on a restorative - driven philosophy is already well-known. When
orofacially the dimension of the pre-existing alveolar bone is 3-4mm greater than that of the implant and apicocoronally
the platform of fixture exists within 2-3mm of the CEJ of the adjacent teeth, esthetic implant placement is possible.
However, in many cases, we encounter deficient bone structure and volume.
This case report describes a technique for the resolution of denuded implants, which result from narrow bone, by using
GBR and CTGraft.
