Loss of teeth causes esthetic and functional problems. These problems are not only caused by missing tooth but also
caused by alveolar bone resorption. Especially in anterior maxillary area recessed alveolar bone limits implant placement
and resulted in unaesthetic restoration. Bone graft and prosthetic gingival restorations would be considered as a
treatment of choice. Prosthetic reconstruction with mimicked gingival has some advantages such as no surgical
procedure required, relatively short treatment time and stable clinical result. This case reports deals with a patient
restored with Procera® Implant Bridge with Zirconia which has mimicked gingival for anterior maxillary area defects
with prominent bone loss. Zirconia has superior tissue reaction, higher fracture strength over conventional ceramic
materials and esthetic characteristics over metal ceramic restorations. When used under proper conditions Zirconia
restoration could give optimum clinical results.
