The purpose of this study is to explore the countermeasures of the welfare of the disabled
in the change of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and conducted the FGI for 22 social workers.
After three times interviews, the Nvivo 10 program was used to analyze the data. As a result,
315 nodes were formed. After the secondary categorization, three upper categories, 12 middle
classes and 27 sub categories were created. There are four positive sides. First, it is the increase
of quality of life according to diversification of choice. Increased choice of service users,
and increased opportunities for occupations and activities through individual data. The second
is the convergence of IT and welfare. Third, it is an opportunity to strengthen social welfare
expertise. Fourth, it was concluded that information accessibility will be easy.
And negative impacts. First, the results suggest that the polarization of the gap will deepen.
Second, there was concern about the weakness of the identity of human services. Third, there
were concerns that human rights problems would increase. Finally, the responses to the Fourth
Industrial Revolution were divided into the need to support the national system, the
development of new curriculum, the enhancement of professionalism of face - to - face
service, and the demand for the role of a new social worker. Based on the results, theoretical
and practical implications were discussed.
