이 연구는 통합교육 환경에서 수학하고 있는 청각장애학생의 인성교육 및 진로교육의 관계를알아보 기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 전국의 교육청에서 연수를 받고 있는 특수교사를 대상으로 앱으 로 설문지를 발송하여 274명의 자료를 분석하였다. 대응표본 t 검증, 상관관계, 그리고 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합교육 환경의 청각장애학생을 위한 인성교육 및 진로 교육의 중요성에 대하여 특수교사는 배경변인별에 따라서 달리 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 통합교육 환 경의 청각장애학생을 위한 인성교육 및 진로교육 지원을 위하여 특수교사의 역할이 우선되어야 하 는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 이 연구에서는 일반교사의 청각장애학생을 위한 인성교육 및 진로교육 의 효율적 지원을 위하여 특수학급 교사의 역할이 중요함을 제안하고 있다.
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between hearing impaired students' character education and career education in the inclusive education environment. The questionnaire was sent to the special education teachers who received training at the national education offices and analyzed the data of 274 special education teachers. Corresponding sample t test, correlation, and regression analysis were utilized for this study. The results of the study were that: (a) special education teachers perceived the importance of personality education and career education for hearing impaired students in the inclusive education environment according to background variables; and (b) it was recognized that the role of special class teachers should be given priority to provide personality education and career education for the hearing impaired students in the inclusive education environment. In this study, it is suggested that the role of special class teacher was important for effective support of character education and career education for general teachers to hearing impaired students with the inclusive education environment.
