People act in different ways and speak in different ways. Education is something geared towards humans
and every one of their unique different ways. It is something where satisfaction not only depends on the
educator, but the educated as well; following their capabilities, their tendencies, and qualitative areas. In
this thesis, we used DiSC which allowed us to easily observe the depth of people who understand the
deep inner workings of the type of tool. Using the DiSC behavior analysis tools, we were able to
categorize 4 different types which we used to study in order to see if the satisfaction would change.
Another satisfaction with the DiSC type is that stable types (S), in comparison to leading types (D), social
types (I), and cautious types (C), satisfaction was high in all categories. Furthermore, our LSD post
evaluation results showed that the stable types and cautious types have significant differences. The results
were as follows. Firstly, the DiSC behavioral type showed that the satisfaction based on the the subject of
education showed a significant difference. A stable type showed that based on the type's surroundings and
environment, an average level of satisfaction is to be expected. Secondly, when studying the mental health
state of the type, the DiSC type showed that according to the educational facilities, satisfaction and
influence showed no verifiable signs of difference. Third, the DiSC behavioral type showed no significant
difference in terms of the educational manner. Fourth, the DiSC behavior yielded results that showed that
the influence in the duties and association of the behavior and the mental states could not produce
verifiable significant differences. For each behavioral type, there was a 2nd stage. Concerning the 2nd
stage, there is more research required. For the satisfaction of the Majors of Special Education, a concrete
measure of research is required.
