The purpose of this study is to design parents education program to make subjective parents in school education. Firstly, I clarified the meaning of ‘parents are subjects of education’, and suggested the reason why parents are subjects of education. Secondly, I examined strategies and methods to make subjective parents, and I suggested parents education program as s strategy to make subjective parents. Thirdly, I examined existing parents education programs, analyzed problems have been inherent in the programs. The limits of existing programs are that they regarded parents as the objective of education, not the subjective of it. Fourthly, I suggested a design on parents education program to make parents the subjective and active person on school education. The design includes the program manager, purpose of the program, readiness and plan of the program, and management and evaluation of the program, ect.
