본 연구는 전국 16개 지역별로 총기류, 도검류, 포탄류, 실탄류, 폭발물류 등 불법무기 자진신고 현황을 연구대상으로 2011년 불법무기 자진신고의 유형별 유사성, 2015년 불법 무기 자진신고의 유형별 유사성을 파악하고 변화를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연 구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2011년 불법무기 자진신고의 유형별 군집은 ‘군집 1’은 총기류, 도검류, 포탄류, 폭발물류 등 4종의 불법무기가 포함되며, ‘군집 2’는 실탄류 1종의 불법무기가 포함된다. 둘째, 2011년 불법무기 자진신고의 유형별 다차원척도는 총기류는 우측 하단(4/4분면), 도 검류는 우측 하단(4/4분면), 포탄류는 우측 하단(4/4분면), 실탄류는 좌측 중앙부(3/4분면), 폭발물류는 우측 상단(1/4분면) 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2015년 불법무기 자진신고의 유형 별 군집은 ‘군집 1’은 총기류, 도검류, 포탄류, 폭발물류 등 4종의 불법무기가 포함되며, ‘군 집 2’는 실탄류 1종의 불법무기가 포함된다. 넷째, 2015년 불법무기 자진신고의 유형별 다 차원척도는 총기류는 우측 하단(4/4분면), 도검류는 우측 상단(1/4분면), 포탄류는 우측 상 단(1/4분면), 실탄류는 좌측 중앙부(2/4분면), 폭발물류는 우측 중앙부(4/4분면) 등으로 나 타났다. 본 연구는 불법무기 자진신고의 유형별 유사성을 규명함으로써 국가 안보와 국민 안전 에 기여하는 기초를 제공하고, 후속연구를 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 상당한 의의를 가진다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze similarity on types of illegal weapon self-report such as firearms, swords, shells, bullets, explosives in 16 regions of Korea in 2011, 2015. The results of this study were as follows. First, the types of illegal weapon self-report in 2011 were divided into two clusters, such as ① ‘cluster 1’ including firearms, swords, shells and explosives, ② ‘cluster 2’ including bullets. Second, the multidimensional scales on the types of illegal weapon self-report in 2011 were firearms located in the lower right corner(4/4), swords located in the lower right corner(4/4), shells located in the lower right corner(4/4), bullets located in the center left corner(3/4), explosives located in the higher right corner(1/4). Third, the types of illegal weapon self-report in 2015 were divided into two clusters, such as ① ‘cluster 1’ including firearms, swords, shells and explosives, ② ‘cluster 2’ including bullets. Forth, the multidimensional scales on the types of illegal weapon self-report in 2015 were firearms located in the lower right corner(4/4), swords located in the higher right corner(1/4), shells located in the higher right corner(1/4), bullets located in the center left corner(2/4), explosives located in the center right corner(4/4).
