The purpose of this study is required that the school reviews a current status of the students' adaptabilities at
the school and establishes the Improvement Program of the School Adaptability against the problem to enhance
adaptabilities of middle school students. A comprehensive needs analysis to identify critical elements for the
program carried out to teacher group who have field experience with the students. It has been developed based
on the results of the theoretical background study and the comprehensive survey, which has been finally reviewed
and complemented by the professionals in the aspects of feasibility, conformity with the main purposes, and its
logical connections. Considering all feedbacks from the professionals on feasibility and availability of the program,
it will be more effective and practical approach at school to enhance adaptability of middle school students even
though it needs to be field verification. Also, this study is meaningful in that it developed school adaptability
improvement program which is practically applicable in school setting for middle school students of multicultural
families.
