본 연구는 대학생들을 위한 직업 자기효능감 척도를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는데 목적이 있 다. 이를 위해 기존 척도들의 구성요인을 검토하여 Holland 유형에 대한 효능감을 측정하는 직업 자 기효능감 척도를 개발하였고, 개발된 검사의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 대학생을 대상으로 설 문을 실시하였으며, 총 523부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석 결과, Holland 유형의 6가지 요인구조가 확인되었다. 공인 및 수렴타당도를 검증하기 위해 기존의 단축형 직업 자 기효능감 척도 및 직업 자기효능감 척도, 직업흥미 및 진로목표 척도와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 관련 유형간 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 본 척도의 타당성이 확인되었다. 신뢰도 분 석결과 직업 자기효능감 척도의 내적 합치도도 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의 및 한계에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale for Korean college students and examine its reliability and validity. We developed the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale which was based on Holland’s Personality Theory after we’ve reviewed various factors of many related scales. To examine the reliability and validity the developed Occupational Eelf-Efficacy Scale, we did a survey with 523 college students who completed the research packet. Examination of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the factoral validity of the Holland’s 6 factor-model. Analysis of Correlation showed the good concurrent and convergent validity of the related scales. The internal consistency of the developed Occupational Eelf-Efficacy Scale for Korean college students was reasonably high enough. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
