본 논문은 우울 경향 청소년과 일반 청소년이 게슈탈트 관계성 향상 프로그램의 도구인 그림상황카 드에서 카드 지각 상에 차이가 있는 지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 총 62장의 그림상황카드를 3등분을 하여 남녀 고등학생 총 36명에게 20장 내지 22장의 카드를 제시하고, 반구조화된 면담을 실시하였 다. 연구 참여자는 고등학생 남녀로, 18명은 우울 경향 집단이었고, 18명은 일반 집단이었다. 우울 경향 청소년이 일반 청소년에 비해서 카드를 좀 더 부정적으로 지각하는지 여부와 부정 카드에 좀 더 동일시하는 지를 피셔의 정확 검증법을 통해 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 우울 경향 청소년은 일반 청소년에 비해서 긍정 카드나 모호한 카드를 부정적으로 지각하지는 않았으나, 부정 카드에 동일시 하는 패턴이 두드렸다. 특히, 부모 갈등 상황과 소외감이 주제인 카드에서 동일시하는 경향이 유의 미하게 높았다.
This manuscript investigates the perception difference between mild depressive and non-depressive adolescents with the Picture Situation Card – the tool of the Gestalt Relationship Improvement Program. We divided 20 or 22 cards of all 62 cards into three equal parts and showed those to 6 male and 6 female high school students conducting in-depth semi-structured interviews. Thus, the total number of high school students participated in this study is 36 with 18 depressive and 18 non-depressive groups. Statistic analysis was a Fisher Exact Test. This study showed that mild depressive adolescents negatively perceive positive- or vague-defined cards than the non-depressed adolescents. The result presents that the depressed adolescents significantly have high tendency of identification under main themes of inter-parental conflict situation and a sense of alienation.
