The president's public address is one of the ways to attract public attention. One of the important things
in the speech is the voice. The voice of a person is an easy way to communicate information and plays an important role in effectively conveying the content of the speech. In many cases, the voices have a
strong influence on the listener. This paper aims to study the similarities of the president 's voices. Speech
analysis program, Praat, extracted the frequencies and spectra of LPC speech from four countries (Japan,
China, Russia, USA) and interviewed voice. As a result of analysis, Obama and Sejinjing showed that the
variation of frequency was large, and the similarity of spectrum was not so similar. Abe and Putin were
found to have the smallest change in the frequency of the third formant and the fourth formant and the
highest similarity in the spectral shape. In addition, Trump was similar to Abbe and Putin in the third
formant, but it was difficult to find similar characteristics in the fourth formant. In the future, it will be
possible to utilize the similarities of voices to study intimacy, hostility and diplomatic and political direction
among countries.
