산전우울은 임부와 태아 모두에게 부정적인 결과를 초래한다. 산전우울의 영향요인을 조사한 연구 는 다수 있었으나, 배우자폭력 피해, 사회적 지지가 산전우울에 미치는 영향을 조사한 연구는 없는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 임부의 배우자폭력 피해, 사회적 지지와 산전우울의 관계를 조사하기 위 하여 실시되었다. 자료수집은 D시 소재 3개 여성전문병원에 산전검진을 위해 방문한 임부 227명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지 조사를 통하여 이루어졌다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 프로그램을 이 용하여 분석하였다. 산전우울의 예측요인을 알아보기 위해 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과 월수입 200~400만원(AOR:1.67, 95%, CI:1.02-4.21, p=.044), 배우자폭력 피해를 입은 임부의 산전우울이 높았고(AOR:1.34, 95% CI:.1.14-1.58, p=.001), 사회적 지지가 높을수록 산전우울이 낮은 것으로 확인되었다(AOR:.95, 95%, CI:..91-.99, p=.011). 본 연구결과는 배우자폭력 피해 확인을 산 전관리에 포함시키고, 산전우울 예측을 위한 스크리닝의 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것이다.
Antenatal depression has negative consequences for both the mother and the fetus. There have been a number of studies that have investigated the effects of antenatal depression, but few studies have examined the effects of partner violence victimization and social support on antenatal depression. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maternal violence and social support and antenatal depression. Data was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The predictive factors were analyzed using binomial logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the factors affecting antenatal depression included between 200~400 million won per month(AOR:1.67, 95%, CI:1.02-4.21, p=.044), partner violence victimization(AOR:1.34, 95% CI:.1.14-1.58, p=.001), low social support(AOR:.95, 95%, CI:..91-.99, p=.011). These results suggest that the process of identifying partner violence victimization should be included in prenatal care, and could be used as basic data for screening for predicting antenatal depression.
