본 연구는 자기결정진로개발모델(SDCDM)이 고등학교 특수학급 지적장애학생의 직업준비기술수행능력향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구참여학생은 3명이며,연구의 중재 및 유지효과를 알아보기 위하여 대상자간 중다간헐기초선연구설계를 적용하였다.본 연구의 직업준비기술 수행능력은 각각의 연구참여학생 목표과제인 이력서 작성하기, 자기소개서 작성하기, 면접 응시하기를 과제분석하여 산출하였고, 중재 시작 전 교사와 학생은 목표달성척도(GAS)를 사용하여 중재 종료 후의 기대수행율을 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구참여학생 모두 직업준비기술 수행능력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 향상된 수행율은 높은 수준으로 유지되었다. 셋째, 연구참여학생 모두 교사와 학생이 목표달성척도(GAS)를통해 설정한 기대수행율을 달성하였다. 이러한 결과는 SDCDM이 고등학교 지적장애 학생들로하여금 자신이 갖고자 하는 직업을 탐색하고, 그 직업을 얻기 위해 필요한 목표과제를 스스로선택한 후, 목표달성을 위한 전략 및 계획을 세우는 자기주도적인 문제해결과정을 통해 직업준비기술 수행능력을 향상시키는 데 유용한 모형임을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the Self-Determined Career Development Model(SDCDM) on the vocational preparation skill performance of three students with intellectual disabilities(ID) in a high school special class. The multiple probe design across subjects was employed to examine the effects of intervention and maintenance. Vocational preparation skill performance rates were obtained by task analyses of filling out a resume form, writing a letter of self-introduction, and interviewing according to each student's goal. The expected performance rates were set before intervention using the goal attainment scale(GAS) to evaluate progress. The results of the present study are summarized as follows: 1) All three participants showed increase in their vocational preparation skill performance; 2) Their performance rates were maintained highly; 3) All participants achieved at levels that exceeded the expectations of both themselves and their teacher. These findings imply the potential utility of SDCDM in increasing high school ID students' vocational preparation skill performance through self-regulated problem solving process to enable them to explore jobs they want to get, self-select target goals to get the jobs, develop action plans, and select strategies toward their goal attainment.
