이 연구의 목적은 특수학교 학교기업 운영에 대한 담당 교원의 장애유형별, 직위별, 교육경력별 인식을 비교․분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국 25개 특수학교 학교기업 담당 교원 176명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 학교기업 사업종목 선정 시 지역사회 사업체 분석이 중요하고, 참여자에 대한 보상 등 학교기업 담당자에 대한 부담을 덜어주는 것이 필요하며, 학교기업이 성공적으로 운영되기 위해서는 장애유형별로 차이가 있지만 우수 사업종목의 선정 및 판매 확대가 필요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에 이어 유관 기관, 사업체, 학부모 등의 인식에 대한 조사가 이루어져야 하며, 조사 결과를 바탕으로 학교기업 활성화 방안에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this research is to compare and analyse the teachers' awareness about the school-based enterprise operation of a special school according to the type of disability, the position and the education career. This research surveyed 176 teachers who are in charge of the school-based enterprise operation in 25 special schools of the nation. The result of the survey showed that the teachers understand it is important to analyse community enterprises when the business items of the school-based enterprise are chosen, it is necessary to ease the burden of the teacher who is in charge of the school-based enterprise by giving a participant an award to operate the school-based enterprise successfully and it is necessary to recognize the need to enlarge the selection and sale of good business items, although there are significant differences according to the type of disability. The next step in the following sequence of the research should be about the research on the similar institutions, businesses and parents as well as the research on the teacher who is in charge of the school-based enterprise. The research should be analysed on the basis of the result of the recognition survey of the present operating condition practically. And therefore the development of a effective school-based enterprise model and the research about the activation plans of the school-based enterprise should be needed.
