This research analyzes limit of human knowledge through traditional school education and is purposeful to search concept of \'Culture Humanism\' as alternative. Extension of culture experience through ubiquitous and nomad of computer based, de-schooling, life-long learning, own leading studying experience, leisure of learning environment are foreseen the future. School education that do function by audience and mechanism of starting in advance is not offering some feeling of happiness, joy, satisfaction by individual. \'Cultured Person\' in the future is going to form through studying experience that make various culture experience career and train productive and ingenious thinking. The efficiency that alternate human knowledge may be raised in leisure education environment of de-schooling in which is post-modern culture humanism. In other words, through not cognitive culture on the table(卓上) but experience of ground(地上), culture humanism may become important that make aware of feeling of happiness of life and fidelity of self by individual sense.
