Even though gifted students with learning disability(LD) are one who need special intervention and gifted education, they have not sponsored properly by one of them. This study illuminated the types of gifted students with LD and explore the strategies identifying gifted with LD. In order to achieve those research goals, 5 types of gifted students with LD were presented and 3 strategies(giftedness- based strategy, handicap-based strategy, strategy identifying gifted students with writing disability) identifying them were explored in this study. In conclusion, the fact that educational and systematical considerations, teaching-learning methods, and curriculums are being demanded for gifted students with LD in our schools appeared. Finally, 7 basic skills to develop teaching-learning methods are presented. More considerations than now should put on small groups like gifted students with LD in order for our special education to grade up qualitatively.
