본 연구는 가족탄력성이 장애아동 아버지의 양육참여에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴봄으로써 사회복지실천에서 가족 개입의 중요성에 대한 실천적 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 또한 가족탄력성의 여러 변인 중에서 어떤 변인이 아버지 양육참여를 가장 잘 설명하는가를 밝혀 아버지 양육참여를 위한 강점중심의 사회사업적 개입 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 발달장애, 정신지체, 뇌성마비 아동을 양육하는 아버지 245명을 대상으로 하여 조사를 실시하였고, SPSS program으로 분석하였다. 가족탄력성이 아버지의 양육참여에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 아버지의 인구사회학적 변인과 아동의 장애특성, 가족탄력성의 하위요인이 서로 통제된 상태에서 가족탄력성의 전체 변인이 아버지의 양육참여에 미치는 영향은 52.9%의 높은 설명력을 보여 가족탄력성이 매우 중요한 요인임을 나타내었다. 아버지의 양육참여에 가장 영향을 미친 요인으로는 가족응집력으로 조사되었고 문제해결, 명확한 의사소통, 장애에 대한 태도, 가족자원, 자녀의 장애명 순으로 나타났다. 그러므로 아버지의 양육참여 증진을 위한 가족탄력성 프로그램 구성시 위의 결과를 토대로 우선순위의 프로그램을 제공하여 효과성을 높일 수 있도록 하여야겠다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of family resilience on father\'s childcare involvement of children with disabilities by applying family resilience concept on strength perspective. It has been recognized that the father\'s childcare involvement has a great impact on the child\'s overall development and family adaptation. we\'ll find family resilience relatively affect to childcare involvement. According to the result, we\'ll find out the way how to increase the father\'s childcare involvement by social work intervention. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted upon 245 persons from the father of disabled children(mental retarded, development disorder, cerebral palsy) in community welfare center. The survey tools were family resilience and generative fathering. Collected data were analyzed by by SPSS PC+12.0. The result of this study are as follows. As a result of multiple regression analysis found out influnce of family resilience on the father\'s childcare involvement, family resilience was stastistically significant influence factors, which 68.8% explanatory power. The most powerful influnced factors for childcare involvement of father were family coheren ce, solve the problem, family correct communication processes, attitude on disability, family resourc, handicap type of child. These findings have provided various practical implication for social workers of rehabilitation. This study showed that the father\'s childcare involvement is well explained by family resilience. That result illustrates that intervention of strength perspective on family resilience is effective on improve childcare involvement of father. Therefore, the social workers should provide strengthening family resilience programs. This research suggests the necessity of father\'s supports programs, understanding education of disabled children and family camp. And we need to the self-help group of father which can give them emotional support and can hold information in together. Consequently, development and activity of family resilience and father\'s program which can improve childcare involvement of father, should be made to enjoy healthy lives for family of disabled children.
