Three point bending tests of sings edge notched(SENB) specimes were out to evaluate the fracture bdhavior of the fine-grain isotropic nuclear grade graphite, IG-11. To measure tje crack intiation point and the subsequent crack growth, the direct current potentied drop(DCPD) method and a traveling microscope were used.
