I have thought that a beautiful night view of Hong Kong is related to the building codes and buildings of Hong Kong. In an increasingly globalized world every city is changing and its change is practically the same. But a little difference between each city seems to be very important. The little difference is a prior condition of developing tourism business and attracting foreign investment. Asian cities including Hong Kong follow after shopping paradise or living place for citizen? An urban space, Hongkong is a creature of mass immigration from the continent and commercial government. Again, the urban space, Hongkong is a result of excessive efficiency and lack of communication. Government and interest groups should make efforts to redefine a concept of city \'planning\' full of modernity.
