The purpose of this study was to verify the Psychodrama-program could give positive influences to personal characteristic ego-state and to examine the influences of the Psychodrama-program to the personal Ego-state by Egogram of Transactional Analysis of human character developed by Eric Berne. The subjects of this study were 18 students of 1st grade female commercial high school in Taejon city of Korea composed of 8 students of experimental group through 10 times Psychodrama-program and 10 of none counselled group in same term.
The theoretical base of the Psychodrama-program in this study is spontaneity and imaginativeness(creativity) of Moreno\'s Psychodrama and the 10 times program\'s main contents were constructed about youth matters of concern or problem, such as: psychological distance between family(expression method of emotion; avoidence, anger, apprehension), a dialogue with body: conflicts with friends, Psychodrama-program of a young lady and a shipwrecked sailor, Role-playing of sexual problems, sociodrama (a triangluar love affair, delinquent boys and girls, students of disliking about learning) etc. There were 3 times of pre, mid, after examination of Psychodrama- program effectiveness by Egogram to analyse scientifically the Ego-state of the 2 group members. The Ego-state of the 2 groups were analyzed individually by 5 types of Ego-state; Crtiical Parent(CP), Nurturing Parent(NP) from Parent Ego-state, Adult Ego-state(A), Free Child(FC) and Adapted Child(AC) from Child Ego-state. The major findings of this study according to the research hypotheses were as follows. The Ego-state of experimental group after Role-playing were differentiated 1) in negative aspects of Crtiical Parent (CP). 2) in positive aspects of Nurturing Parent (NP). 3) in negative aspects of Adult Ego-state (A). 4) in positive aspects of Free Child (FC). 5) in negative aspects of Adapted Child (AC). According to the research findings, I could concluded that the hypotheses presented by researcher were accepted positively, and questionnaires from experimental group after Psychodrama-program to supplement and revise the program were appeared same tendencies supporting these hypotheses. Psychodrama have made the degree of CP Ego-state up by responcibility, NP up by consideration to others from his/her selfish consciouseness, Adult Ego-state up by upward tendencies of intellectual faculties in rational and logical thinking, FC up by self-confidence and free mind, AC Ego-state down by independent spirit and rediscovery of her/him-self. All above results about Psychodrama-program of group activites, can support the positive effectivencess of personal characteristic growth and the changes of personal Ego-state to dersirable direction.
