TCommunity child care centers are supposed to provide services necessary to all children in local communities. However current operation of community child care centers does not achieve this goal. Many residents in the community do not even understand its function, and fully utilize its facilities. These problems come from several reasons, such as lack of inter-organizational networks, low level of program quality and staff\'s speciality, and insufficient facilities. Fortunately there become a consensus that it is important to make a network among local community resources. This study explores the network model of community child care centers. First, this study examines operating status of community child care centers. Second, theoretical discussions are covered about the concept of network, literature review of network studies in social welfare and various types of network models. Last, this study suggests an exploratory network model of community child care centers. The model claims that clients, public agencies, social welfare institutions and private resources in local communities should be connected with community child care centers.
