The purpose of the study was to analyze the correlation, reliability, and validity
of the student admission scores, Scholastic Ability Test, Interview, Writing Test,
High School Achievement scores. The study was carried out mainly by statistical
analyzing the student admission scores of Inchon National University of Education
in 2001. The statistical significance was 0.05.
The major findings of the study were as follows:
1. The scores of female-students were slightly higher than that of
male-students.
2. By analyzing the correlation of the student admission scores, Scholastic
Ability Test Score was highly correlated Interview Score in 1st Admission Period
. And 2nd Admission Period, the correlation coefficient among Scholastic Ability
Test Scores, Interview Scores, Writing Test Scores, High school Achievement
Scores were highly showed.
3. Evaluation Team scores difference of Interview Scores and Writing Test
Scores was showed, 29.27-33.65 in the Interview Scores and 25.36 - 41.81 in the
Writing Test Scores.
