The purpose of this study is to suggest teaching and leaning methode of art education in Art PROPEL. Art PROPEL was developed on the basis of artist\' production process.(Production- Perception-Reflection) The contents of this paper art follows: first, study about \'a view of the knowledge\' and \'situated learning\' in constructivism second, study on theoretical background and principle of Art PROPEL and introduce a example of art classes for elementary school third, suggestion about applicable possibility in case of art education in korea. Teaching and leaning methods of Art PROPEL help students to lean of social interrelationship and to be elevated problem-solving ability. Reformation of teaching and leaning methods bring on change of consciousness about art classes so Art PROPEL\'s teaching and leaning methods and evaluation should be considered
