This study focuses on the new student teaching program, operating in 2004. Compared to the existing student teaching program, especially two features are distinctive. First, student teaching for the subject-matter as a sub-program is newly established. Second, the duration of existing student teaching for self-teaching as a sub-program extends from 4 weeks to 6 weeks. For the more efficient management of student teaching program, this study provides some suggestions. we are expecting new possibilities for the student teaching program through organic connections between professors and experimental primary school teachers. In the case of student teaching for the subject-matter, primary school teachers of experimental school are required to take part in lecturing at the universities and to take in charge of student evaluation for the program. However, despite new plans for the management of student teaching program, more important thing is future improvement through sincere efforts and wisdom for the continuing evaluation and problem-solving techniques.
