The purpose of this study was to develop the vaulting horse performance assessment
tools based on P. E. knowledge structure by using (Notice)O(Option)S(Subscription)-PA
assesment tool model. This study developed NOS-PA assesment tool and assesment tool
in each lessons by complementing the contents of the vaulting horse in sixth grade P.
E. textbook as learner-centered. The developed performance assesment tools applied in
a 4th lesson of experimental group, and the results were compared with that of
comparative group\'s which is applied teacher-centered performance assesment tools,
and showed the development of vaulting functions of each groups. The results are as
followings.
1) Knowledge structure analysis of Vaulting horse were effective in settling
systemicity that is from easy to difficult in teaching, low to high in the degree of
difficulty and exercise.
2) As comparing and analyzing each lessons, the group using NOS-PA assesment
tools were more efficient than teacher-centered.
3) Learner-centered NOS-PA assesment tools, compared with teacher-centered,
improved psychomotor skill and affective behaviors in an innate for accomplishment
of learning attitude.
