Recently, e-Learning has been an issue as a new method for higher education. Although building the infrastructure, changing the thoughts and mind of the members, administrative and financial supporting system, and expanding hardware are important for facilitating e-Learning for higher education, above all development and use of high-quality e-Learning contents are the most important.
In this viewpoint, the institutes of higher education need to find a strategical cooperation with the e-Learning company that develop or serve high-quality e-Learning contents. That is, the issue of development and use of e-Learning contents through cooperation between industry and academy needs to be at the center of discussion.
In this perspective, the study aimed at finding empirically the educational effectiveness of cooperation of academy and industry, that is cooperation between higher educational institutes and e-Learning company through e-Learning contents. The purpose was to be accomplished by presenting an excellent case of the cooperation. With the study, it was identified how to enrich the educational capability of e-Learning and increase the level of member\'s satisfaction at colleges through cooperation between academy and industry in the future.
Furthermore, some valuable implications were derived for where the government, academy, and industry all together focus on in order to facilitate the e-Learning educational system based on cooperation between academy and industry.
