The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the communication training upon middle school students\' solution ways of interpersonal conflict. The hypotheses for the study were as followings. First, The post-test scores of experimental group gained at interpersonal relationship change were significantly higher than those of experimental group and control group. Secondly, the communication training have a positive effect on adaptation, compromise, and cooperation way, not on avoidance and enforcement way. In order to test the hypotheses of the study, the research design was the pre-post tests of two groups(experimental group and control group). Subjects of the study were the students of k girl\'s middle school. Seventeen students were selected as subjects in the experimental group, volunteering for the communication training program. Seventeen students were assigned to the control group randomly selected same class others students were experimental group to minimize the experimental effect. The instrument used in the study was the communication training program designed for middle school students. Two groups for study were treated with the communication training program for total 8 sessions over eight week period.
