This study aims to discuss policy of diagnosis and tasks for efficient use of the Number of Teachers. To do this, this study analyzed the present state and problems of The supply-demand policy of teachers and problems of effective reassignment. The diagnosis of the supply-demand policy of teachers were pointed out as follows; 1) to make a new criterion for security of teachers 2) to improve reassignment formula of teachers for exactitude 3) to authorize Metropolitan and provincial offices of education for the adjustment of the number of teachers. 4) to ensure against flexibility of teachers changing subjects 5) to authorize Metropolitan and provincial offices of education for selection right of local talent. 6) to empower the principal to employ rights about teachers For task of the supply-demand policy of teachers, the study suggested that central government, Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education, schools giving appropriate roles and performance improve inefficiency about allocation of resources
