The trend of current knowledge and the changes of educational view have exerted significant influence on the method of teaching in school education. At this opportunity, this study investigates how the "knowledge" of teacher is transformed into instruction under the recent trends towards decentralization in schooling and increases in teacher autonomy. The research focus on the practice of teaching has recently shifted from teacher's effective behaviors to the hermeneutic purpose of understanding how teachers make sense of teaching and learning. Many researchers maintain the importance of teacher's practical knowledge in terms of: (1) its bridging gaps between theory and practice, (2) focusing on the professionality of teachers, (3) developing new teacher education program, and (4) elaborating field-study methods. For the future, therefore, to accomplish the goal of teacher's practical knowledge and proper curriculum implementation in school it is necessary to change the school climate and to adopt the philosophy of postmodernism. In this paper I describe one line of research focused on teacher's personal practical knowledge in view of their professional life as it is currently developed and expressed. This study also requires further studies and this study will be supplemented.
