The purpose of this study aims to seek alternative exploring of improvement and unification for the multi policy of teachers' evaluation system in korea. Since there had been the multi-policy of teachers' evaluation system beyond 6 years, korea has multi-source teachers' evaluation policy at national level. The evaluation of teacher may be either formative or summative in nature. The purpose of teacher evaluation is to acknowledge teacher achievement, influence, and professional activity. Specially, the results of evaluation by principals and vice principals, co-teacher and student be used to improve teaching and learning methods, and too provide opportunities for professional improvement, promotions, and for setting standards for teacher training. Also, co-teacher and student evaluations be used also to improve teaching and learning methods, provide opportunities for quality professional improvement, and that information about teachers' merits and demerits be utilized positively with the awarding bonuses and salary increases etc. In conclusion, this study has exploring improvement and unification for the multi policy of teachers' evaluation system. Specially the evaluating teachers for professional growth, a new method in the fields of school development and teacher evaluation that has emerged in order to adapt to the changes in the school organization, is rapidly expending in its application. Accordingly, this study lastly suggested single teachers' evaluation system in which teachers' evaluation shall be conducted through only a unified act of concerned multi-policy of teachers' evaluation system, enacted of 'Act for the evaluating teachers for professional growth', connected with multi-policy of teachers' evaluation system, and so forth.
