본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 셀프리더십, 사회적지지, 진로동기, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로성숙도 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울시내 10개 사립대학교 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 1,176부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 AMOS (18.0)와 Mplus 7.2 Base Program으로 구조방정식이 활용되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 대학생의 셀프리더십은 진로동기와 진로결정자기효능감에 직접효과가 있었다. 둘째, 대학생의 셀프리더십은 진로성숙도에 직접효과가 없었으나, 진로동기와 진로결정자기효능감을 통한 간접효과가 있었다. 셋째, 대학생의 사회적지지는 진로성숙도에 직접효과가 있었으나, 진로동기와 진로결정자기효능감에는 직접효과가 없었다. 넷째, 대학생의 진로동기는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로성숙도에 직접효과가 있었다. 다섯째, 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감은 진로성숙도에 직접효과가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 진로성숙도는 특정 변인 한 두 개로 설명하거나 예측할 수 없으며, 셀프리더십, 사회적지지, 진로동기, 진로결정자기효능감 등의 변인이 상호보완, 견제와 상호작용하거나 종합적으로 고려될 때 효과적임을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships between variables of university students’ self-leadership, social support, career motivation, career decision-making self efficacy, and career maturity. The sample(n=1,176) was drawn from 10 private universities and the collected data were analyzed with using structural equation modeling. Findings from SEM demonstrated the existence of a positive relationship of social support, career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy with career maturity. In particular, social support had the most influential effect on career maturity, and career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy were found to be significant mediating variables. Although self-leadership was not statistically significant in this study, self-leadership was still found to be a significant predictor for career motivation and career decision-making self efficacy. Results demonstrated the necessity for the analysis of social support in various aspects, the understanding and application of self-leadership in the career field, and the importance of examining career-related variables such as career maturity, career motivation, and career decision making efficacy in the context of individual and environmental aspects.
