Current various nurturing and training programs in Korean church are not good enough to make Christians live responsibly. As each church\'s nurturing system is also unbalanced, even if we follow the nurturing system, we cannot avoid a biased view. A nurturing system which would bring growth and maturation of balanced faith are needed. Church has responsibility for nurturing and training people to make them new in Christ. Bearing in mind that Jesus chose and trained the Disciples and gave them the leadership, God\'s church was founded by this. To establish a healthy and strong community, focusing efforts on continuous training and nurturing new leaders is required. The purpose of this study is to provide applicable points of making nurturing system for healthy church growth, according to stages of faith development. For this, research on a nurturing-training system called Alpha Course and Mentoring, Discipleship Training and Cell Ministry in Korea has been carried out to extract applicable points from strong and weak points of these programs. Growing in faith consists of four steps that are stages of being saved, being settled, becoming a leader and a stage of fruiting. In terms of nurturing programs, the following can be used; a principle of contact from Alpha Course for the stage of being saved, a principle of settlement from Mentoring for the stage of being settled, a principle of discipline from Discipleship Training for the stage of becoming a leader and a principle of guidance from Cell Ministry for the stage of fruiting. Christians, therefore, should discover and use the principle of non-believer contact through Alpha Course, which is effective for evangelizing non-belivers responding negatively when they hear the good news. The principle of settlement through Mentoring based on one to one relationship should be used for those who are evangelized and become a member of church to have practical and stable life in faith. Also, the principle of leadership training should be adopted from Discipleship Training to make people not only serve and work as a servant of God but also bear responsibility as a disciple of Christ. To become a leader more than a servant, training after Discipleship Training is necessary. Principles of care, association, mission work and guidance should be adopted through Cell Ministry. Church should welcome its new members and nurture them step by step, according to the nurturing system, in order to make them a member of balanced faith and healthy church.
