To have a proper understanding and a right practice of the constructive view of science education for young children, this study aims to explore the constructive science teaching model, and the possibility of applying this constructive view to educational fields by introducing cases which actually used this model.
For this, a follow study team consisting of 7 members was taught the constructive teacher education for 12 weeks. And the team made a teaching procedure as follows; ① preliminary activities with constructive science education procedure ② direct observation and free search (playing freely) ③ evaluation of the science activities and sharing the the experience ④ extending and integrating activities. The constructive science model developed in this study is merely one of the teaching models, but, based on it, this model gave a noteworthy significance concerning its modification and change considering the circumstances of educational fields.
