본 연구는 1992년 이후 우리나라에서 출판된 입양가족을 소재로 한 그림책 총 35권을 선정하여 입양가족 을 소재로 한 그림책의 출판현황과 내용이 어떠한가를 검토한 것이다. 분석도서 35권 중 국내저자가 11.4%, 국외저자가 88.6%로 나타났고, 그림책의 저자 가운데 7명이 입양부모인 것으로 조사되었다. 연도별 출판현황에서는 연구대상 그림책이 점차 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 내용분석을 통해 연구대상 그림책의 내용을 쉽게 이해하고 기억할 수 있는 독서교육의 기초자료의 역할뿐만 아니라, ‘입양’의 바른 가치관과 입양아동의 이해를 돕는 자료, 그리고 연령과 상황에 맞는 입양교육 자료를 선별하는데 도움을 주는 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.
This research is to select 35 picture books which was published in Korea containing the adoptive family since 1992 and to examine the publication state and contend of picture books based on the adoptive family. It was indicated that among the analysed 35 books, the domestic writer was 11.4% and abroad writer was 88.6%, and 7 writers of picture books were adoptive parents. The chronological state was increased of the publication of picture books for research objects constantly. It is to expect that It can be a role of basic material of reading education to remember the content easily through the content analysis and a role of helping to select the adoption education material fitted into the age and situation, and sound values of ‘adoption’ and material for understanding of adoptive children as well.
