Every skill in sports can be accuracy and refined by repeated practices. However, monotonous practices make the students feel the burden in their mind, and avoid any exciting skill in sports. For example, two skills, under and over hand pass skills in volleyball are good cases. First, let\'s examine the case of practicing the under hand pass skill. When untrained students are forced to pass the ball repeatedly, they fell a pain in the repeated beaten areas, which makes them consider the performance it self a suffering one, not a exciting one. Second, the case of practicing the over hand pass skill makes the same results. The students complain of the pain in a neck from keeping looking the ball upward. Moreover, these experienes may respond against the teacher\'s passion and intention on his teachin plan. Thus, the proper methods and consideration of them are required; Namely, the purpose and meaning of the exercise itself, and the methods from simple to somplicate and from easy for difficult in step by step are needed. Using these method can\'t explain every student\'s taste. However, there are methods more interesting and effirient to students. The stepping teaching program suggested here will be a good answer for those, in that , at least they increase the effiriency of pass skills in volleyball.
