본 연구는 국내 남녀 고등학교 태권도 선수들이 인식하는 지도자의 리더십 행동유형이 스포츠 경쟁상황에서의 도덕적 가치판 단에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 청소년 시기 주요타자로서 지도자가 가지는 지도유형과 선수들의 도덕적 가 치관 간의 인과관계를 탐색함으로써 올바른 태권도 윤리 확립을 위한 지도개선 방안의 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권 지역 소재 고등학교 소속 남녀 태권도 선수 291명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 수집된 자 료의 통계 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 수도권 남녀 고등학교 태권도 선수들이 인식하는 지도자의 리더십 행동 유형은 긍정적 보상 행동, 훈련과 지시 행동의 평균값이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 또한 스포츠 경쟁상황에서의 도덕적 가치판단 수 준은 정의감, 정직성, 책임감의 순으로 평균값이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학교 태권도 선수들의 스포츠 경쟁상황에서의 도덕적 가치판단에 영향을 미치는 지도자의 행동은 민주적 리더십 행동 유형이다. 구체적으로 민주적 행동이 높을수록 선수들의 책임감 과 정의감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다
The purpose of this study was to verify that coach’s leadership types understood man and woman high school taekwondo player in domestic had an effect on moral value reasoning in sports situation. This formed the basis of coaching improvement plan to establish correct taekwondo moral as searching casual relationship between coach’s leadership type and player’s moral value reasoning. In order to achieve this research purpose, the present research carried out a questionnaire with the target of a total of 291 man and woman high school taekwondo player in capital area, and came to followed conclusion by using a statistical analysis of collected data. First, coach’s leadership types understood man and woman high school taekwondo player in capital area had the highest average value of positive feedback behavior and training and instruction behavior. Also level of moral value reasoning in sports situation had average value of sense of justice, honesty, and sense of responsibility in order of height. Second, coach’s leadership type that had an effect on moral value reasoning of high school taekwondo player in sports situation was democratic behavior. Concretely, the higher democratic behavior, the lower player’s sense of responsibility and sense of justice.
