The purpose of this study was to examine the efficiency of self-controlled feedback on motor skill learning and self-directed learning in elementary physical education.
For this study, 45 boy students of the fifth grade were selected as the subjects in G elementary schools in Busan. Subjects were randomly assigned one of three experimental groups; (1) self-controlled feedback group(n=15) (2) yoked group(n=15) (3)control group (n=15). The task was tangtang ball tennis forehand stroke in elemenraty physical education. The students were asked to respond to self-directed learning questionnaire bofore the learning exercise as pre-test. The post-test was performed after retention test.
The result is as the follows.
1) The performance of self-controlled feedback group on motor skill learning with young children were significantly better effectivesness than yoked group and control group.
2) The self-directed learning attitude of self-controlled feedback group were significantly better effectiveness than yoked group and control group.
