The major purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of power and coordination program application on child\'s physical fitness and long throwing record.
The subjects of this study were 30 sixth graders(girls) K elementary school in K city. Power and coordination groups were performed program in eighth week to identify the effectiveness of the progrmas in terms of the differences between pre-test and post test results, and the influence of physical fitness subvariables have on long throwing.
The collected data were analyzed by using T or F test(Scheff\'e), Pearson correlation, and Multiple regression analysis with the SPSS Win Program.
The Major findings of this study were as follws\'
1) Int the analysis on the difference of long throwing, it showed statistically significant difference in group(F=20.87, p<.01) : coordination group(2.88) > power group(1.13) > ocmparison group(-.22).
2) In the analysis on the difference of long throwing record, the group that applicated coordination reinforcement program showed statistically significant difference(f=11.71, p<.01) after fourth weels in long throwing performance.
3) After program, among the physical strength factors, sitting trunk flexion was improved more in coordination group than comparison group and it showed statistically significant difference in group(F=4.19, p<.05)
4) Accuracy-throw(F=6.59, p<.05) and coordination program group(F=10.33, p<.01) influenced statistically significant in long throwing performance.
5) In the analysis on the relationship between long throwing record and performance programed group, it showed that correlation between long throwing and accuracy-throw(r=.44), and between long throwing and coordination group(r=.52)
