The study is a descriptive one to trace treatment mechanism for human mental or body which is produced in collaboration of sentence and physiological structure. To this end, transfer phenomenon inherent in human life was analyzed in structure of language or sentence and physiological structure. The study intended to provide basic materials for Transfer-Literatherapy by making theory of prediction about physiological phenomenon of Literatherapy and improvement of life quality. The study found that narration of sentence and human body have a same mechanism each other, and narrative mechanism is made in same principle of Synapse as physiological mechanism where Neuron of human body acts. The study figured out that transfer as a very important factor is mechanism of Literatherapy which can bring dynamics of life. Therefore, it is further requested that study on Transfer-Literatherapy should be deepened and developed more to positively improve social situation with disease that society becomes impoverished more and more due to much stress, depression, phobia etc. as society becomes varied.
