The purpose of this study\'s is to present statistical relationships among sex distinction . age, and body composition and show their effects on physical fitness. Furthermore, this classification and analysis will be according to sex distinction, age and regional group in order to discover the distinctive qualities of growth body composition and physical fitness.
1. A distinctive quality of growth is that boys tent to score higher than girls in height, chest girth and weight.
Girls tent to score higher in the triceps skinfold and in the subscapular areas. Regionally, urban children tent to score higher than rural ghileren in height , weight , chest girth, the triceps skinfold, and the subscapular areas.
2. Boys have a denser body composition and FFM volume , girls have higher the percentage of body fat, these elements tent to increase at higher ages. In addition , regiosally , it tends to be that urban children score higher than rural children on body density, the percentage of body fat, FAT and FFM vulume.
3. SEx distingtion effects every variable. boys are stronger than girls and have a more powerful grip. longer standing long jump, can do more sit ups and longer shuttle runs. On the other hand, girls are stronger than boys in grunk flexion and foot balance.
Age eccets every element except pliancy and has th tendency to increas in each element of ecercise ability : power, endurance, and agility.
