The purpose of this study is to analyze the attribute and influence of the factors
on parents‘ satisfaction of inclusive education for the students with intellectual
disability. The research problems proposed in this study to attain the aim of the
study are as follows. First, how are the attributes of the factors on satisfaction of
inclusive education classified? Second, what is the influence of the satisfaction factors
of inclusive education on the general satisfaction factors? From 12 cities & provinces,
the subjects were selected, who were 250 parents of the students with intellectual
disability experiencing inclusive education, and Importance Grid analysis was
conducted through Multiple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis
was executed using dummy variable by distributing the survey questions of factors
on parents' satisfaction of inclusive education for the students with intellectual
disability and collecting 232 copies.
According to the results of the study, the factors of parents' satisfaction of
inclusive education were classified as 'Basic Factors' with the attribute that if the
attribute of factors on parents' satisfaction of inclusive education for the students
with intellectual disability is not fulfilled, dissatisfaction is caused, but even if it is
well fulfilled, it does not have a great effect on the improvement of comprehensive
satisfaction, 'Performance Factors with high importance' with the attribute that if
they are fulfilled, the comprehensive satisfaction increase, and if not, it decreases,
'Performance Factors with low importance' with the attribute that they do not greatly
influence satisfaction level despite the efforts to improve performance, 'Excitement
Factors' with the attribute that even if not fulfilled, they do not cause dissatisfaction
and only influence the satisfaction, and the influence was found that the relation of
satisfaction and dissatisfaction is pluralistic and asymmetrical, not one-dimensional
and symmetrical.
