The purpose of this research was to verify the causal relationship of the major variables of the learning community program. To investigate thisresearch, 246 subjects were surveyed be means of paper based questionnaires, in which were participations's personal information and related scales. The Statistical methods employed for the data analyses were correlations, regression, and the structural model by using SPSS 19. 0 and AMOS 18. 0 programs.
The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, problem solving ability, learning strategies, instructor-student interaction, school achievement were signifi cantcorrelations. Second, problem solving ability, learning strategies, instructor-student interaction were significant effect. Third, structural equation model analysis showed instructor-students interaction meditated between problem solving ability, learning strategies and school achievement. As a result, This research was considered that learning community program's one of successful factor was the relationship of instructor. Accordingly, some of recommendation suggested for increasing extracurricular program of university student in majored engineering.
