This study developed a group counseling program for college students’ self-growth and examined its effects. For this purpose, the counseling program was developed based on the review of previous research and literature, and then tested with students in a college. The analysis was conducted with the data from 49 students who participated in the program for 12 weeks. The results showed that students in the intervention group significantly improved their interpersonal competence and subjective well-being. Students’ essay after participation revealed that the program offered them the opportunity of empathy, communication, and psychological condolence.
