본 연구는 방송고 학생들을 대상으로 사이버교육환경에서 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 관련 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 선행연구 검토를 통해 사이버교육환경에서 학습자의 학습만족도에 영향을 주는 변인으로 학습자 변인, 환경 변인, 설계 변인, 학습참여도 변인을 추출하여 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 방송고 2학년 학생 411명이었으며, 설문을 통해 얻은 결과는 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 방송고 사이버교육환경에서 학습자 변인, 환경 변인은 학습참여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학습참여도는 학습만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 학습자 변인, 환경 변인과 학습만족도 간에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 앞으로 방송고 사이버교육환경에서 학습자의 학습만족도를 높이는 전략을 구안하는데 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the variables affecting learning effects in the cyber learning environments at the Air and Correspondence High Schools (ACHS). First, the relational model among the major variables (learners, environments, and design variables) is set up, and the relative influence of those variables is analyzed. Data were collected from 411 students from the second year students. The questions consisted of 75 items. SPSS 14.0 and LISREL 8.54 were used for data analysis. The result of the analysis is as follows. The learner variables and environment variables in the cyber learning environments at the ACHS have meaningful significance on the learning participation rate. Also, the learning participation rate is the most significant factor for learning satisfaction rate. The learner variables and environment variables show significant effects mediated with learning participation. The results of this study will help to design the strategies to enhance learning satisfaction of students and furnish useful information to those interested in the cyber learning environments at the ACHS.
