본 연구는 부산시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 D대학에 재학 중인 3학년 학생 중 교직을 이수하는 학생 215명을 대상으로 대학생의 창의인성이 변혁적 리더십과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보고, 관련변인이 변혁적 리더십에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 창의인성은 변혁적 리더십 전체와 개별적 배려, 지적자극, 카리스마와 유의미한 상관 관계를 가지고 있다. 창의인성 중 인성특성, 사고기제, 사고결과는 대학생의 변혁적 리더십과 높은 정 적 상관이 있다. 둘째, 대학생의 창의인성이 변혁적 리더십 전체와 개별적 배려, 지적자극, 카리스마에 미치는 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 창의인성 하위요소 중 인성특성은 변혁적 리더십 전체와 개별적 배려, 지적자극, 카리스마에 영향을 미치며, 사고기제는 변혁적 리더십 전체와 지적자극에 영향을 미친 다. 반면에 사고결과는 변혁적 리더십 전체와 개별적 배려, 지적자극, 카리스마에 아무런 영향을 미치 지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
This study aimed to examine what relationship creative personality has with college students' transformational leadership surveying with 215 students in the course in teacher education training among juniors being in attendance at a four-year college located in Busan city, and to investigate what effects related variables exert on transformational leadership. Key findings in this study are as follows: First, creative personality has significant correlations with the overall leadership of college students' transformational leadership, individual consideration, intellectual stimuli, and charisma. Personality characteristics, thinking mechanism and thinking results out of creative personality have high positive correlations with college students' transformational leadership. Second, it was found that the effects of creative personality on college students' overall transformational leadership, individual consideration, intellectual stimuli, and charisma are significant. Concretely, personality characteristics among sub-elements of creative personality exert effects on the overall transformational leadership, individual consideration, intellectual stimuli, and charisma, and thinking mechanism has effects on overall transformational leadership and intellectual stimuli. On the other hand, it was found thinking results has no effect.
