The objective ofthisstudy is to verify theeffectsofoutplacementassistance
educationalprogramsfortheveteransafterlong-term military service.Thevision
of patriots and veterans policy is to create a society in which patriots and
veteranscan lead honorableand dignified lives,wherethe spiritofpatriotism is
valued.Especially,the goals ofveterans policy is to actively integrate veterans
into the nation's human capitalbase.This means strengthen vocationaltraining
for veterans to facilitate employment or business start-ups.In achieving that
goals, the ministry of patriots and veterans affairs implements several
outplacementassistance educationalprograms to help discharged soldiers smooth
theirtransitionintocivilianlife.Thestatisticalmethodusedinthisstudywasthe
descriptiveanalysisandthecovariancestructureanalysis.Theconclusionsofthis
study are as follows:First,the educationaldemand had positive effects on the
learnerssatisfaction ofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms.Second,the
educationaldemand had positiveeffectson theeffectsofoutplacementassistance
educationalprogram fortheveteransafterlong-term military service.Lastly,the
learnerssatisfaction ofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprogramshad positive
effectsontheeffectsofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms.Inorderto
developtheoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms,an accurateassessment
and fed back is very important.And this study itself acknowledged that the
findingswerenotdefinitiveandcalledformoreresearch.
