이 연구는 제대군인 교육과정 중에서도 가장 기본적인 위치에 있다고 할 수 있는 장 기복무자 전직 기본교육과정을 대상으로 교육수요 등 교육생들의 특성이 교육훈련 효과성 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다.제대군인에 대한 지원은 국가적 차원에서 제대군인의 성공적 사회진출을 지 원하여 생활안정을 도모하고,제대군인의 우수한 인적자원 활용을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화를 위하여 국가가 사용주로서 최소한의 사회복귀 지원시책을 마련해야 할 당위 성을 가지고 있다.이를 위하여 현재 국가보훈처 등 보훈당국은 제대군인에 대한 사 회적응과 직업능력 개발을 위한 다양한 교육과정을 운영하고 있다.이 연구는 이러한 취지를 갖는 제대군인 교육훈련프로그램에 있어서 교육수요,교육과정 만족도,교육훈 련 효과성 사이의 인과적 영향 관계를 분석하였다.이를 위하여 기술통계 및 공변량 구조분석 등을 시도하였다.결과를 요약하면 교육수요가 교육과정에 대한 만족도와 교육훈련 효과성에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었고,교육과정 만족도는 교육훈 련 효과성에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것이 확인되고 있다.제대군인 전직지원 교육훈련프 로그램이 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 교육훈련 결과에 대한 정확한 평가와 이에 대한 환류가 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있기 때문에 교육효과를 정확히 측정하고 개선할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The objective ofthisstudy is to verify theeffectsofoutplacementassistance educationalprogramsfortheveteransafterlong-term military service.Thevision of patriots and veterans policy is to create a society in which patriots and veteranscan lead honorableand dignified lives,wherethe spiritofpatriotism is valued.Especially,the goals ofveterans policy is to actively integrate veterans into the nation's human capitalbase.This means strengthen vocationaltraining for veterans to facilitate employment or business start-ups.In achieving that goals, the ministry of patriots and veterans affairs implements several outplacementassistance educationalprograms to help discharged soldiers smooth theirtransitionintocivilianlife.Thestatisticalmethodusedinthisstudywasthe descriptiveanalysisandthecovariancestructureanalysis.Theconclusionsofthis study are as follows:First,the educationaldemand had positive effects on the learnerssatisfaction ofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms.Second,the educationaldemand had positiveeffectson theeffectsofoutplacementassistance educationalprogram fortheveteransafterlong-term military service.Lastly,the learnerssatisfaction ofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprogramshad positive effectsontheeffectsofoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms.Inorderto developtheoutplacementassistanceeducationalprograms,an accurateassessment and fed back is very important.And this study itself acknowledged that the findingswerenotdefinitiveandcalledformoreresearch.
